The apartment was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you could possibly need — from towels and toiletries to personal care items, food containers, plastic bags, and even dishwashing soap. It really felt like the host had thought of every little detail. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming.
Although the property is advertised as pet-friendly, we were rudely told by security that we were not allowed to walk through the lobby with our dogs and had to use the side entrance instead. We were also told that we could not use the regular elevators and had to use the service elevator. This is not a criticism of the apartment or the host — both were lovely. However, I do feel that the building itself, Mosaic Tower, is not particularly pet-friendly.

Great location. Spacious, roomy unit. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.
There was some water on the floor of one of the bathrooms when I arrived. Relatively minor issue. As with so many buildings in the Philippines, hallways and elevators were not cool, so you could find yourself sweaty before you made it to your room.

The location was great near the legazpi park and a few walk to greenbelt mall.
I love the unit it was clean and organized loved the balcony and 2 toilets and bath.
Loved that it is pet friendly. We were able to bring out cat with us over our weekend staycation ♥️♥️♥️
