La posizione
Alcune cose da rivedere e fatte subito presente (vicini di appartamento molto rumorosi) una tapparella aperta completamente ed essendo al piano terra ad altezza strada vi lascio immaginare nonostante le tende ( fatto subito questa segnalazione e si sono offerti mandare un tecnico ma il tecnico avrebbero dovuto mandarlo prima dell’arrivo di nuovi clienti e non dopo … avrebbero dovuto controllare ) ho dovuto passare le notti a spegnere il condizionatore che si attivava di continuo e automaticamente ( non sono riuscito a trovare la presa altrimenti l’avrei staccata ) cacciando aria fredda direttamente in faccia … qualsiasi cosa cercavi di fare dopo mezz’ora si riaccendeva in automatico . Per il resto la struttura è pulita e spaziosa con due camere medio grandi e un divano letto in soggiorno .

Apartament reformat. Zona tranquil·la, ubicació correcta per desplaçar-se caminant o amb transport públic fins al centre.
Habitacions sense persianes i cortines transparents, et veuen des del carrer. Un aire condicionat funcionava malament i s'engegava durant tota la nit, no deixant descansar bé. No es pot aparcar al voltant... I no hi ha cap indicació per saber on fer-ho. Va ser difícil trobar-ne un.
