Anna, the manager is very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist with my every request.
There was a discrepancy about the aircon, which I believed was included in my stay; however, the manager disagreed!

Quiet and cheap. Self check in was clear and easy.
Mattresses were very bad, almost impossible to sleep on. No shades in the room, so street light across the window shines in all night; sun wakes you up early in the morning. The air conditioning did not work, and it was barely possible to sleep during August heat. "Breakfast" is teabags and cold rolls. Perhaps this fits backpackers, but not suitable for "normal" travelers.
