It’s comfortable. Easy check in and check out. You can find everything what you need in room. Tidy and clean/ Oerfect location. Safe district

Prıoblem with cleaning. At our request they sent a cleaning staff but just light and bad quality cleaning was done. Neither linens change nor bathroom cleaning were done despite our request. I believe it must be done during 1 week stay. Sometimes problem with heating. In reality there is no luggage storage space in the property although this service is included in booking.

I was never able to see the original reserved property due to water damage. The second property offered as an option was clean and newly refurbished in a terrible building and terrible location.

We booked a three-night stay with Ototo Stylish Living at the Fragkon 20 location, reserving two apartments to accommodate ourselves and our elderly parents. Upon arrival by taxi, we were informed that both apartments were unavailable due to water damage. The host offered alternative accommodation at 7 Afentouli Street, stating that the units were newly refurbished and only a five-minute walk away. Unfortunately, this “five-minute walk” turned into a challenging uphill walk through several neighborhoods while dragging luggage and assisting our elderly parents. The replacement apartment was clean and appeared newly refinished, but the building and surrounding area were in very poor condition—a stark contrast to our original booking. Despite our concerns, we stayed one night because it was late, everyone was tired and hungry, and the next day was a city holiday. While the host initially communicated well, they later requested that we continue all communication via WhatsApp, which appeared to be an attempt to move the discussion away from Booking.com’s platform. During our first night, several serious issues became apparent: Air conditioning did not work. Severe noise disturbances throughout the night: children running and shouting, men arguing loudly, constant elevator noise, and doors slamming on multiple floors. Extremely uncomfortable bedding (hard mattress), resulting in no one in our group sleeping properly. Given these conditions and the fact that the new apartment was not our original reservation, we decided we could not stay any longer. The host’s tone shifted to a dismissive “take it or leave it” approach, showing no intent to resolve our concerns or provide acceptable alternatives. We ultimately chose to move to the NYX Hotel, where the experience was outstanding in every regard—professional staff, excellent facilities, ideal location, and exceptional comfort. Our experience with Ototo Stylish Living was deeply disappointing.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The room itself is spacious, bright, and airy, making it a pleasure to spend time in. The view from the window was lovely, adding a special charm to the experience. Everything inside — the bed, shower, and kitchenette — worked perfectly and met our expectations. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the area, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.

The only minor drawbacks were some street noise at night, even with the windows closed, and that the cleanliness wasn’t absolutely perfect (cups, dishes and cutlery). However, these were small issues in an otherwise very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent, quality apartment, value for money, comfortable

Very modern, stylish, and clean apartment. AC worked well, kept place so nice and cool. Well-equipped kitchen - small but everything worked fantastically, new pots and pans, large fridge, coffee pods provided, huge bathroom with an excellent shower. Staff were very responsive and helpful. When requested they provided new towels, and were super fast to answer any questions.

The TV required a samsung log in and the kitchen was very small (but well equipped and very clean).

Amazing place to stay!

It is an amazing accommodation , placed in the center of the city, very cosy and comfortable, with everything that you need in. A small kitchen where you can cook a tasty dinner or a delicious breakfast, a nice bathroom, clean and practical. In the room is also an amazing bed, and a sofa. Also I have to mention the fact that the host is very nice and found a solution for me to have a place to let my luggage till my flight. I liked it very much, and for sure I will come back. It is the perfect place to be in order to have a great time and a wonderful vacation.

Not great if you are with car, parking can be an issue around the building. However, there is a garage close by where you can pay to park.

Good overall experience but could have been slightly better.

The room was very clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the room had the basic necessities for staying a couple of nights. It is very centrally located and easy to find and has easy access to the floor of the rooms by multiple elevators. The building is in a good condition and well lighted so easy to spot from the outside. Generally a very good experience.

We had booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children and specifically made it clear that we wanted to check in very late, after 12 o'clock in the night. Unfortunately when we arrived in the apartment the fold out couch, which was intended for the children to sleep on, was not prepared and there were no bedsheets or blanket/duvet inside the room to be used for this purpose. We had to contact the property and figure out the code for a different room and pick up bedsheets and prepare the couch ourselves very late in the night. I think this should have been handled better since we made it clear we were 4 people and we were arriving very late in the night.

A very sexy central apartment at a great price.

New apartment complex with a great location. All doors open via consoles, so you dont need to carry keys or cards around. Modern sensual design. Our apartment was verry roomy, lots of natural light, strong AC, bathtroom had a big shower cabin, mounted shower gel and shampoo dispensers with good product in them, kitchen had all u need. Clean and fresh. Awesome value for the money. The apartment deffinatelly enhanced our stay in Thessaloniki. Will rebook again. Also, met one of the owners, very warm and wellcoming lady.

In the apartment we had, the wardrobe space was a bit limited. It didnt affect our stay whatsoever but is good to have it in mind.

Had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location, close to shops and attractions. Amenities were excellent and everything was well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Bauarbeiten direkt über uns, jeden Morgen mit Presslufthammer um 8:30 Uhr geweckt werden. Keinerlei Info diesbezüglich vorab. Genereller Straßenlärm, Mülleimer waren nicht geleert, es roch sehr nach Chlor.

Είναι ένα πάρα πολύ ωραίο άνετο διαμέρισμα για ζευγάρι, πάρα πολύ καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Τα σχολεία για τον θόρυβο νομίζω είναι υπερβολικά, εμείς δεν είχαμε τέτοια θέμα με το θόρυβο, αν και ήταν ένα θέμα για μένα πριν κάνω κρατιστή αλλά ευτυχώς δεν επηρεάστηκα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά διάλεγα!

Wat een top design en comfort voor een goede prijs.

Design van het appartement was top. Heel goed nagedacht over wat er nodig is om comfortabel te overnachten. Wij verbleven de eerste drie dagen en de laatste twee dagen van onze vakantie in twee verschillende appartementen. Beide waren ontzettend mooi ontworpen en ingericht met uitstekend bed en badkamer. Heel goed nagedacht over verlichting. We zouden graag willen weten wie de architect is die het ontwerp heeft gemaakt. Dit concept is een absolute winner. Veel potentie voor andere Griekse en Europese steden.

Aan de achterzijde was een danceparty dat tot 3 uur nachts doorging met snoeiharde muziek. Hier kan het hotel niets aan doen maar betekende wel dat je een korte nacht hebt.

Am stat la hoteluri de patru stele și nu am avut astfel de condiții. M-au impresionat micile detalii, cafeaua de calitate din partea gazdei, gelul de duș Olive, prosoapele, pernele de diferite texturi (nu ai cum să nu îți placă vreo una). Poziționare bună, aproape de "nebunia" din oraș, dar totuși liniștit și odihnitor. Aproape de obiective, ft aproape de stație de autobus (ft bine circulată).

Am căutat ceva ce să nu îmi placă, dar nu am găsit 🤷🏻‍♀️

מלון דירות מושלם !!! הדירה מדהימה, חדשה לגמריי, מרווחת מאוד, מעוצבת בטוב טעם , מאובזרת ונעימה מאוד. יש בה כל מה שצריך לשהייה נעימה. המיקום מעולה , ליד כל מרכזי הבילוי בעיר, בסמיכות לטיילת ולנמל. המארחים אדיבים ומאוד ולבביים, סייעו מייד בכל דבר שביקשנו.

Tesisin girişi güzeldi, asansörle 6 kata çıkınca zaten geldiğinizi görüyorsunuz, girişler apartman girişinden beri kod ile açılıyor çok kullanışlı. Tesisin sahibi çok yardımsever ver her soruya özenle cevap veriyor. Selanik'e tekrar gelirsem burda kalırım. Tavsiye ederim.
