Location is excellent for UTMB, more relaxed than Chamonix. The appartment is new and very luxurious, it has everything that is needed. We especially enjoyed the two terraces, so easy to be away from the sun/wind and both have magnificent views.
Small details. First time it was a little search towards the apartment, there are no directions within the building.

This is a really lovely three bedroom apartment. It has some great views from the large balconies and is very comfortable. It felt like home! It is very easy to get to Chamonix Mont Blanc, which just 10 minutes by car and a little longer by bus or train. There are some lovely walks close by and Les Houches is a lovely little village with some nice restaurants and bars/coffee shops. My family loved the apartment.
