A nice place but the customer service team need some attention to detail.
The place itself was nice and spacious. It was a good base for a large group. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and sauna.
There were several things missing when we arrived. We had no dish soap or cleaning supplies for dishes. We also had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests for 4 nights. I had also organised and paid for a cot and highchair which weren’t there when we arrived. We had to ask for everything and they did drop some of the things off. For the price, it seemed like these things should have been supplied without issue. It would also be helpful if they supplied some details about which buses to use to get to town and where the local food markets are located. We had to figure all of this out ourselves.

חדר רחצה בקומה שניה עם ריח שלא היה נעים לשימוש לאלו שהתארחו בקומה 2. בין הקומות במדרגות אין מעקה שזה יכול להיות קצת מסוכן.

ماعجبني شي !
السكن كبير بس موحش جداً جاتني كتمه من اول مادخلت ريحة غباااااااار تارسه المكان مبين مو منظف وطلعت منه من اول ساعتين ماكملت مدة اقامتي اللي كانت 3 ليالي وكلمتهم ولما عرفو اني طلعت مافي اي رد وحتى وقت الوصول وصلت لمكان ثاني المفروض دازين لي قبل لا اوصل مكان السكن والمفتاح قعدت اتواصل معاهم واتصل وارسل لين دزولي موقع الشقه الاساسي ومكان المفتاح يعني فوق هذا كله اهمال ومافي حرص ع الزبون

Il faudrait un peu plus de vaisselle, tout n’est pas adapté pour 8 ( bols, tasses, grandes casseroles).
