The location was perfect truly 6 minutes from Ikebukuro station, exactly as listed. The space was spacious and well-suited for a group, with a great layout and a homey feel. The free parking was a huge bonus. Clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for a great stay in Tokyo.
Minor things only would have loved more towels available for the group and slightly larger bathroom tiles, but nothing that impacted the overall experience.

離地鐵站非常的近，屋況內裝都很好，廚房鍋碗瓢盆都俱全，冰箱也夠大，晚上回到住宿可以跟朋友們輕鬆小酌、看影片，非常好的體驗。
基本上沒有，唯一就是鏡子不夠，對一群女生來說比較麻煩一點。

在東京能以這樣的價格住到這種包棟式的建築，絕對無可挑剔
最多建議入住人數為5人，有三間房間可以分配
甚至其中一間有陽台可以曬衣服，多晚停留旅客可以洗好衣服後直接曬乾，非常方便
內部也非常乾淨，住起來很舒服
廚房該付的餐具廚具也都應有盡有
如果一樓的單人房不住人的話甚至可以把行李放在這間房內，這樣就不用行李上樓，非常方便（浴室也是在一樓）
地點則是座落在池袋的小巷子內，走路出去4分鐘左右有一間7-11，約7分鐘就能抵達池袋車站附近的鬧區，就算是沒有開車的旅客來這裡也能輕鬆享受地利之便。
下次有機會的話會再來這裡入住！
（額外稱讚二樓客廳垃圾桶設計，非常好用）
缺點還是有的
1.由於位在巷子內，開車進來非常考驗駕駛技術，尤其是將車子停進房子的車位更是堪比駕照考試（我們這兩天是開Nissan的Serena）
若是停車途中遇到其他來車，壓力會很大
但如果是駕駛輕型車的話應該會好一點。
2.所有房間的冷氣都很涼很棒，只有二樓客廳可能空間太過於長，冷氣剛好在角落，即使開到最強的狀況廚房還是會有些吹不到冷氣的感覺，但是在電視前面的沙發區還是會涼的。
瑕不掩瑜，我還是認為這間住宿值得高分
