Saldanha Prime Oasis

The flat is located near bus and metro stations. There are multiple nice restaurants nearby. Just next door there are a few cafes and a Lidl. Overall the flat is very well located. In the apartment itself there is everything needed for even a longer stay: a fridge, stove, microwave, ironing station, coffee machine (albeit a capsule one), electric cattle and fully equipped kitchen. There's a TV with streaming apps available. We were greeted by a representative with keys that showed us around. She also provided us with a list of interesting places to eat at. She replied to my whats-up messages instantly.

The apartment building has a lot of flats, so it may take a few minutes to get to the apartment even on ground level. The only outside window goes to a patio that is separated from other buildings by a plastic shrubbery. There are no overall partitions between other patios other than a chain-link fence. The bathroom sink had a hairline fracture - not a big deal but for that price it should have been fixed before renting the apartment. The sheets and drapes had smudges - I think they had stains that were too difficult to clean.

The location is very convenient and closed various transportations to going around the city, there are various super markets to buy daily consumable. spacious room with all facilities for self catering.

Toilet paper to placed into the bin instead of toilet, which i can't accept personally. after clarification with the host, what they mean were... no sanitary/wipe/foods/etc... which the sign have to be updated. The curtains can't complete black-out the light which it affected my sleeps. The chair are wobble and not seat comfortable. Outside balcony table and chairs can be cleaner. The toilet paper supplied limited, watch-out... especially stay with a family... it can be shortage.
