Le confort de l'appartement, avec ascenseur et parking réservé. L'emplacement dans un quartier commerçant, avec tout l'indispensable vraiment à proximité immédiate, y compris la station de métro juste en face, et en plus avec une belle perspective sur un espace dégagé

Het was slecht onderhouden, lampen die los lagen, wc bril die los lag. Dringend aan onderhoud toe.

A large apartment with a bedroom and living room. A very well-equipped kitchen for those who prefer to prepare their own meals, including also a dishwasher and washing machine. Supermarket Normal is literally right under the apartment, and others are nearby. There is also alternative option in form of restaurants. The metro and transfer hubs are close by, and easy access from the airport is also a plus. A very friendly atmosphere.
Minor maintenance of furniture and accessories.

Great location next to the metro station. Nice restaurants and great bakery nearby. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great stay.
The walls are not so thick ... you can hear the street noises and cars in the night/ morning. But this was not an issue for us - just if somebody is sensitive.
