Saldanha cozy apartament

I don't think I could have stayed in a better location than this apartment, honestly. The location is very convinient, at the doors of the metro station, supermarket, buses, cafeterias and some restaurants too. The owner of the place was lovely helping me with what to do, where to go, very quick replying my messages and always friendly. The apartment itself is also very well equiped, everything is new and works fine. Laundry machine, refrigerator, boiler, shower, wardrobes, everything very clean and in perfect conditions. I wish I could stay longer. The place is also very quite even being close to a high traffic street. From one of the rooms you can even see the Christ statue by far.

I noticed some complained about a bad smell in the building entrance. Yes it exists on the first floor, but I only noticed because someone complained first here. Not fair to evaluate something that has nothing to do with the apartment and it isn't even near it. The elevator is very small indeed, but big enough for 2 people or one person with the 3 luggage.

Falta un tostador de pan y parte colgar las toallas del aseo.

Apto muito bom. Tem tudo o que precisa para passar alguns dias com a família. Muito bem localizado, confortável e bem arrumado. Um atendimento muito bom também.

Não foi possível tomar banho de água quente. Como ficamos apenas uma noite não achamos necessário chamar ajuda técnica urgente, mas o proprietário teria feito, se fosse necessário.

Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario, eravamo in due coppie, molto comodo avere due camere con due bagni. L'appartamento era molto pulito, sotto il palazzo c'è un bar per gustare una buona colazione e a fianco la stazione Metro molto comoda per raggiungere il centro.

In un bagno non funzionava la ventola di aspirazione.
