Everything. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing but above all, the view. The view of Nine Arch Bridge was truly magical.

Wow, what a place with what a great view! Probably the best view you’ll get of the nine arch bridge. The family who host here are so lovely and attentive and the place is immaculate. I would 100% come back here and would recommend as a perfect unique stay in Ella

A wonderful stay at the hobbit hole with such kind people! The room was amazing and the view was perfect of the train we got to watch it everyday! Really kind people who took us everywhere in their Tuktuk which stop us worrying about getting around Ella! Nice and quiet about 10 minutes from the main town in a tuktuk. Wonderful stay, delicious breakfast!
Quite steep stairs down to the hole - but he was very helpful and always helped carry our things up and down them!

The best part of the property is the unparalleled view of nine arches bridge and surroundings. It is clean as such and staffs are polite.
Horrible approach road, very basic room, power cut during our stay, very appalling smell of naphthaline balls, absolutely o ventilation, low quality fittings and worn out linens and towels.
