Lismore

It was the 2nd time I had stayed there it was very central and a good location to restaurants cafes and shops

It was clean and tidy the little welcome pack was a lovely touch as well I will definitely book again The only thing on the last morning the shower wasn’t draining very well I left a note at the property hopefully they managed to get it fixed

Great location

A bit small and can be cold on occasion.

I loved that it was near the town centre and near to family who I was visiting

The property was lovely and just what was needed for my visit I would definitely consider booking again to stay at Lismore I loved the wee touch of the little welcome basket

Clean, spacious, lots of cooking utensils and soap/dish brush etc very good and extra loo roll. I'm happy with those things

Heating - this was a massive problem. I was up until 2:30/3am on the first night trying to get the heating on. I eventually found the thermostat (behind the curtain) and struggled to figure out how it worked. I eventualy realised it flipped open to reveal the main controls. This property gets very very cold. Even when I turned on the heating it was capped at 22 degrees which is not high enough for this property. I couldn't get warm under the duvet even with the 2 extra blankets over me. So sleeping was disturbed and not restful. The mattress is a bit too hard too. The other issue I ran into was the code for the key box. I was sent a number of various codes and I tried them all and eventually got in. I had emailed asking for help with this and no one replied until the next day. Not helpful.
