Loved the location, the beautiful garden with the wonderful view, the peacefulness, the generous welcome pack, the cleanliness and the comfortable bed.
The fact that the shower in the main bathroom failed during our stay and only produced scalding hot water. The owner was very apologetic and came to take a look, however was unable to get a plumber until after we’d left. To be fair, the owner did turn off the hot water to allow us to try again later in the day, but we chose to share the en-suite shower in the second bedroom instead. The TV and the red sofa in the dining room are due for an upgrade. There are many dvd’s, but no dvd player which would have been good since the tv is not a smart tv.
