Everything was very clean . Had many things (ice, first air kit , sunblock)that sometimes as a big family we can forget.

AC was wonderful! Not too far from beach access.
Parking was tight with a truck, so much that neighbors approached us on arrival to tell us big trucks (ours a 1500, not big)shouldn’t be there. They did agree for us to using their space for the week even though we assured them we wouldn’t block their entrance. If you go make sure you have small vehicles, just 2.

Nicely decorated & clean. It was nice having 5 minute walk to beach. Beach area was beautiful.
Parking is VERY VERY tight! It’s a hassle trying to maneuver in coordination with the neighbors. Few times we had to move our vehicles to let them out. I drive a Toyota Rav 4 and it barely accommodated that. Don’t bother renting a golf cart like we did, it was waste of $. Everywhere you go at the beach it’s pay to park. Washer did not work our last night- kept giving error codes.
