Great place at an affordable price
Great location, place is super clean and tidy, comfy bed and well equipped with AC and coffee machine (it takes nespresso aluminum capsules, not included) Watch out on google maps, Salita Grand Albergo, 6 takes you to a road that goes to the Hotel paradisio, this is not the correct side to enter, the correct one is next to the Fiat dealership. If you see Hotel paradisio you are ok the wrong side.

La stanza e' ben arredata, in poco spazio c'e' tutto. Un terrazzino carino con una bella vista e scorcio sul mare. Il residence in posozione tranquilla ed elegante. Il centro si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata a piedi. Posto auto interno.
Margini di miglioramento altissimi sulle pulizie. Abbiamo trovato lavastiviglie piena, con piatti sporchi. Il bagno l'ho rilavato personalmente. Anche lenzuola e spugne per il bagno, consiglio di comprarle in uno stato migliore.

La propiedad excelente! El personal de la inmobiliaria muy mala atención, mal explicado todo, no podía entrar al departamento porque le faltaba una llave y pude ingresar 2 horas después! Cuando lo llamé a Señor Davide por no poder entrar fue soberbio diciéndome que no sabía usar la llave hasta que me ayudó un señor que hablaba italiano y le dijo que me faltaba una llave! ( lamentable que no sea atendido x sus dueños)

Nära till stranden och matbutik samt ca 10 min från centrala Sanremo. Välstädat och fräscht! AC fanns och funkade toppen
Lite begränsat kök, fanns t ex inga mat-knivar, endast sked och gaffel.

Schönes Apartment mit super Lage.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich 200 Meter vom Strand . 10 Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum. Im Apartment gibt es alles was man braucht. Gutes WLAN , Küche gut ausgestattet und die Esstheke zwischen Küche und Bett ist sehr bequem und gemütlich. Nicht zu vergessen der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.
Sollte man wissen. Das Einchecken läuft online per WhatsApp (mit Kontaktnummer von Booking)ab, man brauch eine Kreditkarte um die Kurtaxe per link den man zugeschickt kriegt zu bezahlen.

Tutto nuovo molto confortevole ideale per brevi soggiorni
La colazione non era compresa La posizione dell'appartamento ottima vicino alle attrazioni principali e anche alla spiaggia, si trova in un contesto condominiale molto curato con parcheggio interno.
Nel bagno il bidet è troppo vicino al box doccia si fa fatica ad utilizzarlo.
