    Property is fairly new. Good pool. Location: Good: About 3 kms from Havelock jetty; walking distance from Vijaynagar beach, about 4 kms from Kalapathar beach. Room: Good sized room on the first floor, very neat and clean with a balcony. Bathroom: Good size, was clean but there is no partition between the bathing area and the WC area with the result that the entire area gets wet when one has a shower. (Comment: While the fittings were OK, the workmanship could have been better e.g., there was a small leak from the wash basin. Bathroom amenities were OK). Staff: Very polite, attentive and exceptionally good. Mr. Navas was very helpful in organising local transport for us. Restaurant: Very good food. Would surely stay there if we visit Havelock island again.

    Actually the problem is with the description mentioned on Agoda either by the Hotel or by the Agoda. They mention balcony in Executive villa whereas balcony is only available in suite. Despite repeated requested they did not give us the balcony room whereas we booked it for balcony preference only. The manager being manager was good in communication skills and settled us in ground floor room and then denied the balcony suit. The food and other amenities are good. Pool was clean. Walking distance beach was nice.

    Satisfactory, rooms are good. Good amenities. Few things can be made better in the bathroom. But nothing major. A really nice heated pool. Only issue was staff were a bit slow in getting what you ordered. What you ask for is forgotten by them, and have to keep reminding them cause staff keeps changing its not communicated properly. However, they were respectful and considered our needs including the manager. Thanks. Will book here for sure for next time.

    Rooms are big and clean, The pool is full of insects. bad smell near pool. The staff in the Reception will not smile, he is always serious. He will not replay to your qustions
