You can get better stays with the same price. Room they had promised was not the same .private Pool view is not the same as shown in pictures.

The room and it’s location is top notch and the beach access is what I loved the most Though food is average and staff need to understand that the guests are unaware about the location and it would be great if they can have some contacts for bike rentals or cab bookings as guests don’t have any idea regarding the same

We stayed at Havelock Exotica Beach Resort for 2 nights and 3 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory — especially disappointing as we were traveling with our 1-year-old baby. The biggest concern was hygiene. The room and especially the bathroom were unhygienic and poorly maintained, which was extremely concerning with a toddler. Basic cleanliness standards were clearly lacking. On top of that, most hotel facilities were non-functional during our stay. There was no electricity for long durations, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. In Havelock’s humid climate, this made our stay even more uncomfortable. Our ferry was scheduled late in the afternoon at 3:45 PM, and since their official checkout time was an unusually early 8:30 AM, I politely requested an extension until 3 PM. However, instead of being considerate, especially towards a family with an infant, the hotel charged me the full amount of a night’s stay for a few extra hours. Overall, the property might look decent from the outside, but the lack of hygiene, basic amenities, and poor hospitality make it a place I wouldn’t recommend — especially for families traveling with young children. Definitely not worth the price or the trouble.
