Great base for the footy or weekend in Wrexham

Could have done with washing up liquid and dishcloths. Shower guard needs a bit of attention as it looked very shaky!!

Location-wise, this place is great. Everything else was underwhelming at best.

Great location, close to the train station and downtown, and right across from the bus terminal. The person who met us there with the keys was friendly and timely.

The communication with the management company was absolutely terrible. I messaged them several times with no response, and when I would call and leave a message with a receptionist, i never got a call back. The apartment was clean on arrival but had no basic necessities, like hand soap, detergent for the washing machine, or dish soap. How do you expect me to wash the dishes I use without any soap provided? I had to go out and buy those items myself, so the next people who rent this place can thank me for leaving then with soap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as washing machine pods. Additionally, there was a singular fan to cool the entire apartment, during a heat wave. Maybe invest in a portable air conditioner, or perhaps a better fan? Finally, i should not be responsible for removing garbage on the day of check-out — that’s what you have a cleaning service for, isn’t it?

Wrexsham

The location was absolutely fantastic.

When I arrived at 3pm as agreed it hadn't been cleaned. The bedding was soiled. There was no car parking spaces because non resident used it and they said oh yes that's bad. Tenants above spitting into courtyard and unclear instructions given on checking out what was emailed different to what was said on phone. Expected to carry rubbish down 3 flights of stairs just really awful

Host doesn't give a Damn

Mainly the facilities were good but how can you overlook a missing shower screen or inadequate crockery ?

Asked if I could check in earlier as arriving from Australia, told not possible , earliest was 3 pm . Arrived outside property at 3 pm very weary from 30 hours travel and no one showed up to meet me , tried messaging and calling host , agent showed up 30 mins late with hardly an apology, was extremely stressful . Only one dinner plate and shower screen off and leaning agains bathroom wall so that bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. Messaged host who said agent would come , no one ever showed up and we had to go and purchase a dinner plate . Getting out of the shower onto a very wet floor was worrying . Messaged host many times but received no response.

It was clean and cozy.

Terrible communication. After booking the accomodation, you are asked to log in to a site to enter your details and also your card details are taken for a £15 non refundable or £100 refundable hold for any damages. Had to repeatedly call and wait 20 mins outside the apt for someone to come and let me in despite having already informed about my time of arrival before hand. No hot water , made despite numerous calls and was told it will be resolved with someone coming to check in but neither did anyone come nor was I updated by the team during the entire duration of my stay. Area noisy and although the apt itself was clean, the building was quite unkempt.
