Everything was amazing
There was no response from reception or customer service when I tried to call them after my booking. I tried many times to make some personal arrangements but no one picked up.

It was a good room with air con, food and drinks evenly priced and staff were very good

Comfy beds, aircon, lifts, fast checkin
Bathroom dated and mouldy trims, curtains let light in, no usb sockets in room and restaurant staff were slow to take order despite restaurant being empty.
