Booking in fine but reception was left empty on many occasions Taxi ordered by 12hours prior to requirement by reception on the 17th for a business meeting on the 18th no show of taxi @ requested time [ 9-30am ] no show by 9-45am so had to make alternative arrangements resulting being late for meeting late for meeting Executive lounge not available no alternative offered Breakfast was of usually high standard and ambience in bar was perfect

Really love the Ramada as it’s so close to a great Chinese (Sleepy Panda) and Mecca bingo! We have stayed here many times over the last few years, sadly the price has risen considerably for weekend breaks, therefore we have had to rely upon special deals when available.

Friendly welcome, attentive staff and mist enjoyable bar snack. Overnight stay before early hospital appointment so no breakfast. Check in and out was simple and flawless. Thank you everyone for making our stay a pleasurable experience. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were nice and check in/check out was easy. The room was a good size but the bedside light shades were badly badly damaged and there was a very noticeable hole in the bedding. Tbh a little bit of TLC is would have raised the standard of the room considerably.

Lovely stay for two nights . Hotel staff very friendly, gave good knowledge of the area and recommended places to eat . The man on reception both Wednesday and Thursday evening was lovely ! He went above and beyond .

Unfortunately, our stay at Ramada Plaza Wrexham was very disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found a towel that had mud all over it – not what you'd expect from a supposedly reputable hotel. Check-in was also poorly handled. One of our group was waiting for his room key and briefly stepped away to say hello to us after a long drive. The reception staff snapped at him, saying “There’s other people waiting, hurry up,” – incredibly rude and unprofessional. Later that evening, we went to the hotel bar, which is advertised as 24-hour. However, the staff member told us it’s not actually 24-hour and that we wouldn't normally be served at that time – though he did serve us “just this once.” Overall, the service and cleanliness were not up to standard and we won’t be staying here again.
