Ceylon Shine

C’est une vrai guest house, une famille chaleureuse, intéressante, qui aime sincèrement partager. C’est aussi une formidable cuisinière ! Dîner et petit déjeuner un délice ! La maison est au calme, dans la verdure, c’est très beau, et la ville n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied du lac et du temple de la dent. La chambre est grande, climatisé et la literie confortable. Merci pour vos conseils, pour vos sourires, votre bonne humeur, on ne risque pas d’oublier notre passage à Kandy grâce à vous !

Génial!! Magnifique jardin, un calme inattendu tt près du centre ville!! Hôte qui conseille super bien et d'une incroyable gentilessse!!il nous a même offert des coco de son jardin. Je recommande et restez plus que 2 nuits...il y a plein de choses a faire a Kandy!!!

- Location of the guesthouse is FANTASTIC next to the forest - Host family was SUPER friendly and welcoming - We were invited for a tea and biscuits, we were treated with kindness and genuine hospitality - We had easy communication with the host family in ENGLISH - We really enjoyed the MONKEY watching experience in the morning

- Little things but important. No chair in the room, only a low table, no glass or cup, no kettle, no fridge, not even a mug in the room.

This was probably one of our best accommodations, and we had many amazing stays! The family welcomes you with open arms and gives you such a nice relaxing experience. The place is a little haven in the busy city, super quiet with nature sounds during the night. We even saw a porcupine in the night! We also got breakfast in the morning which was an amazing, Sri Lankan breakfast with fruit from their garden. During breakfast they cut a coconut from a tree in the garden and gave it to my grandma to try, she was thrilled! The place is vegan friendly, they understand what it means and are eager to give you an amazing meal if you ask them to. It felt more like visiting long-lost friends than staying in a homestay. Definitely recommend!
