    Brilliant location fantastic breakfast room is on the small size but we were okay and as I’m disabled they actually switch rims to make sure that I was on the ground floor

    Welcoming, friendly staff. Bright clean room. Hotel is on the front and 10 minutes stroll from the pier. Breakfast was cereal, full English and toast and jam. Parking is by permit, £2.50 a day, opposite the hotel on the parade. The permit lasts until 11am so after check out time on your last day.

    Booked 4 nights stayed one, 10-14 August 2026 I was woken up by bed bugs all over my son and I at 1am, up all night left the next day. I am still awaiting refund! Awful experience. The owner doesn't live there now so has gone downhill 😒 My holiday absolutely ruined!

    Bed bugs in room 32. We woke up at 1am with bedbugs crawling all over us. We were bitten all over.
