An ideal family retreat, where sunshine & warmth embrace our recently renovated haven, only a short 3.1-mile drive from the sandy shores of Carolina Beach. Immerse yourself in coastal charm & comfort at this thoughtfully designed home, where relaxation seamlessly blends with beach-friendly vibes. Your perfect getaway awaits!
We love well-behaved dogs! We have a large fenced and gated backyard for them to run and play. If you would like to bring your dogs, we charge $75 per pet, and it will be your responsibility to pick up any yard waste from your pets. Please send us a message to discuss your furry friend!

- 7 miles to Carolina Beach (15-minutes)
* Visit the pier, walk the boardwalk, visit historic Fort Fisher, or enjoy the Friday night summer concert series. Don't forget your Britts Donut!
- 11 miles to Downtown Wilmington (20-minutes)
* Stroll down the riverwalk viewing the USS North Carolina, take the kids to the Children's Museum, catch a concert at Live Oak Pavilion, or visit the Cotton Exchange.

- Kitchen table seats 4, can be opened to accommodate 6. There are also 2 countertop bar stools.
-The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including:
* Keurig coffee maker and coffee pot.
* Pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils & basic spices.
*Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & countertop ice maker.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 70” smart TV with Netflix included.
MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom has a king mattress and a 50" smart TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.
GUEST BEDROOM 1
The guest bedroom has a queen mattress and 42" smart TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.
GUEST BEDROOM 2
The guest bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle mattress. Desk space includes a monitor if desired. A 32" TV with Firestick available to guests using their own streaming services.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms; one off the master bedroom, and the other in main hallway next to the guest bedrooms. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience.
GARAGE
Foosball, air hockey table, beach chairs (4), and 2 adult bikes.
PARKING
- 1 Garage parking spot available. Garage door opener provided, if the remote is lost or broken, guest will be charged $150 for replacement.
- Driveway can accommodate 2-4 vehicles, and yes you can bring your own boat!

The house was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated recently and are very nice. The back yard is massive and fully fenced, so that was great for our dogs. The house was conveniently located to all of the things that we needed. A light bulb burned out during our stay and the owner was there within like 20 minutes with replacement bulbs - very responsive. Overall this was one of the best VRBO's that we've ever stayed in.
