The ground floor is designed for relaxation and socializing. It features an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere for evening gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area with a table for eight are perfect for enjoying meals together.
Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. For added comfort and privacy, two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms share a third bathroom.
The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, and underfloor heating provides a pleasant stay even during the colder months, making it suitable for year-round visits.
Outside, the spacious terrace by the heated pool features a large dining table for up to 10 people, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Next to the pool, there is also an outdoor shower.
