About this house rental
This villa is a newly built villa with pool on the outskirts of Porec, about three kilometres from the sea and a five-minute drive from the town centre. The house is situated on a fully fenced garden plot of 700 m² on the edge of the village of Vranici and offers its guests a 36 m² pool, a covered terrace with barbecue, seating set, sun loungers and a lounge set. There is also a car park for three vehicles in the courtyard. The modern villa for eight people extends over three fully air-conditioned floors and has a total area of 290 m². On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/WC and a small balcony overlooking the pool and the green surroundings. A special feature is the entertainment room in the basement with sofa, TV, table football, pool table, exercise bike and sauna as well as another shower. Youth groups are not permitted.
