This is a very tight knit, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
The entire house is open for you to enjoy as well as the front porch, the backyard, the pool, and the patio.

This newly decorated and freshly painted property is perfect for large groups, offering plenty of entertainment options and comfortable, relaxing spaces.
*Please note that we do not allow parties/events and appreciate a quite time between 10PM-8AM for our wonderful neighbors.

- Oversized Monopoly Table: The largest in town (or possibly the country!) with oversized dice and cards for a fun, memorable experience.
- Pool Table & Ping-Pong Table: Perfect for hours of friendly competition.
- Plastic Axe Throwing Game: Safe for kids, ensuring fun for everyone.
- Large Indoor Shuffleboard
- Board Games Galore: A wide variety of games for adults and kids alike.
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 1: Luxurious with a king bed and TV.
- Bedroom 1: Spacious with two queen beds, TV, custom built-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: A fun, large room featuring four bunk beds and TV, perfect for kids or group accommodations.
- Bedroom 4: Another spacious room with a king bed and a crib for toddlers, ensuring comfort for young families.
This property comfortably sleeps 14+ guests, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.
OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Pool: In-ground pool with seating and toys available. Suitable for all ages and endless hours of fun.
- Firepit: A beautiful space with Adirondack chairs surrounding a gas firepit.
- Dining Area: A lovely dining table for enjoying meals or relaxing in the lovely weather.
- Front Porch: A great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.
BATHROOMS:
- En-suite Bathroom: A full-size bathtub is available as well as a separate full-sized shower.
- Second Bathroom: Located between two bedrooms, and features a generous walk-in shower.
- Toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and washcloths are provided.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker. There are two pantries available to store as many snacks as you'd like. All dishware and silverware is provided, as well as pots and pans, and even spices for cooking. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar overlooking the living room.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry room features both a full-sized washer and dryer.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a large smart TV, a large sectional sofa, and a breakfast bar with stools looking into the kitchen. This area connects to the dining room and kitchen, creating the perfect space for socializing with your entire group.
PARKING:
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars at one time. Please do not park in the grass.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The pool is serviced every Friday. The company will enter into the backyard through the side gate.
The landscaping team keeps an eye on the property and will swing by when needed to landscape.
Parties/events will be fined at $1500.
Whether you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy some friendly competition, or simply spend quality time with loved ones, this property has everything you need to create unforgettable memories.
You will want a car or willing to hire ride sharing services to travel around.
Please remember, this is someone's house and personal property, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect.
PETS
Please inquire for approval before booking. Cats are not accepted due to severe allergies for guests.
- Pet fee is $175 for up to two dogs. No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Stays over 14 nights must be pre-approved and will include a $100 security deposit in addition to the pet fee.
- This pet fee covers the extra cleaning that is required; it does not cover any potential damages or excessive smell.
- All pets must be up to date on vaccines and must be flea & tick-free. Documentation will be requested.
- Please note that pets (dogs only, cats are not accepted) do occasionally stay at this property in case someone in your group has severe allergies.
SPECIAL EVENTS/CONCIERGE SERVICES
We are happy to accommodate special events (attendance must be reflected in the reservation) and set them up for you. Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. If the request is made less than 14 days in advance, feel free to inquire and we will let you know if we can get it done for you.
