We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The home was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that included all the dishes, cookware, and small appliances we needed.The pool area was definitely a highlight! We spent a lot of time there, and the bar by the pool made it a great place to gather and relax. The bed linens were clean and beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking for our group.The only small con was the trash—although we took ours out as instructed, we did notice leftover trash in a storage chest under the carport, which echoed what a few other reviews mentioned. It didn’t affect our stay overall, but it’s something to be aware of.Definitely recommend you bring trash bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. Also, I recommend bringing paper towels and toilet paper. We also bought ice because the icemaker did not keep up with our thirst group.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again! We did not need JoJo during our stay but he was very attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs in the planning process. Thank you JoJo!

thank you so much from our family. We had a wonderful week together making wonderful memories. The location was perfect but you clearly know that the neighborhood hates you. that was kind of uncomfortable... The house was great! a few quirks but nothing that was impending our vacation. the kitchen lights flicker occasionally, the water pressure upstairs was next to nothing, and upon arrival there was no toilet paper....I would highly recommend this vrbo and would stay there again.

The bad: When we arrived there was a dirty plate and fork in the sink, there were 20 dirty/wet towels on the top of the washing machine. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper total for the whole house. They provide 2 air mattresses that both go flat by morning, and they don’t provide any extra blankets in the house.
