Summary:
This property is perfect for multiple families to relax after exploring all that the area has to offer! Our location is THE BEST you will find! We are in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Madeira Beach and only 30 minutes from Clearwater, Tampa and Fort De Soto!
The Space:
The entire home has been thoughtfully designed to reflect a tropical oasis with a theme of aqua blue, leather and jute throughout. Everything from rugs to fixtures to dinnerware and furniture has been carefully selected to ensure our guests the most relaxing experience!
We have designed this space to be suitable for multiple families to enjoy while maintaining space from each other. From our own personal experience it is hard to find a space big enough for multiple families yet close enough to everything like the beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping, and in a safe neighborhood! We jumped at the chance to bring this home to you!
The first floor:
An open concept living area. The vaulted ceilings in the living room open up to the upstairs loft. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace as well as a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf containing all sorts of treasures for your eyes to behold! There is an array of fish and live plants in the beautiful fish tank (don't worry, it is set to auto-feed so no worries there!) The kids love to try to spot all the different kinds of fish, snails, and crabs in the tank. Don't forget the Roku TV for access to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu and Disney +!
Dining room with table for 10, breakfast counter with stools for 4, kitchen island with stools for 4 and everything you could possibly need for cooking full meals including a professional 6 open burner gas range!
A walk in pantry with plenty of shelving, and an extra refrigerator/freezer for multiple families to store groceries for the whole week, or lots of beverages and ice :)
A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, tide pods and bounce sheets included!
2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: A master suite with a king sized bed, Roku TV and beautiful new subway tiled shower and in the master bath.
Bedroom 2: An oversized bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (2 twin beds and 1 full sized bed). This bedroom also has a Roku TV, 2 leather chairs and a reading lamp and is stocked with children's books for bedtime! Across the hall is a full bathroom with beautifully tiled shower.

A big open lofted area with a writing desk and desk chair for those working or schooling from home (we have high speed internet, too!)
The loft area also has a cozy reading nook with a 2 chairs and coffee table.
A semi-private area with 2 futons, a Roku TV, and a stand-up 4 player video arcade game loaded with over 17,000 classic games sure to entertain kids (and adults!) for hours!
3 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom:
Bedroom 1: 1 King sized bed, Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen sized beds set up hotel style with a night stand in the middle, Roku TV.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds with trundles (4 twin sized beds and 2 full sized beds - sleeps a total of 8) Roku TV as well!
One bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.
㊋ Outside you will find ㊋
A fully fenced in yard to keep wandering pets and children contained. A covered dining area with room for 8 overlooking the pool as well as 2 padded rocking chairs. We have a removable pool fence installed by baby guard. The fence encloses the entire pool deck and has 2 doors, one on either end of the pool. This ensures everyone can relax knowing the kids are safe in the yard when not using the pool. If your party does not need the pool fence it just pulls out of the ground and gets rolled up. The pool comes complete with lounge chairs and pool towels. Tons of pool toys, diving toys, noodles, floats, goggles, puddle jumper style life jackets, we have thought of everything!
If the pool isn't your thing or you need a little change of temperature, relax in the newly added (2025) hot tub under an overhang so even during those rainy nights you can still relax outside and enjoy each others company in the warm water!
Beside the pool you will find we have converted a chicken coop into a tiki bar area with bar stools and to play your favorite card game as the kids swim in the pool!
Wander a little further and you will find the front porch boasts a conversation set as well as a swinging egg chair for relaxing.
An outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs is the final touch outside where you can sit and catch up on the days events around a cozy fire at night!
We also provide a beach wagon with 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a beach umbrella, buckets, shovels, sifters and toys, a cooler and everything you need for your trip to the beach!
This is a perfect vacation home for families. To maintain a friendly neighborhood we have a STRICT no party & no event policy. We do live close by and will know if this rule is broken.

The home is on a cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to Seminole City Center (Publix, ABC Store, Movie Theater, countless stores and restaurants!) and just minutes from Madeira and Redington Beaches. All of our favorite places can be found in your welcome packet!
Getting Around:
We are just down the street from the famed "Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail"! This is one of the best biking/walking trails in the state! It is completely paved and stretches from St Petersburg all the way north to Tarpon Springs. One of our favorite things to do is rent E-Bikes and take them all the way up to Clearwater on the trail!
You will also find a lovely playground, Seminole City Park Playground, in our neighborhood. Our kids (ages 8, 6 and 2) absolutely love this park!
As far as transportation, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful in our area.
Most people do not realize that there is a free beach shuttle in our area. It stops at the following beaches: Pass A Grille, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach.
If you park at Madeira you can hop a ride on the free shuttle and explore the other beaches! The drivers work for tips :)
Other Things to Note:
There is no street parking on the cul-de-sac. You will need to park on the property. There is room for at least 4 cars off of the Main Street and 1 car off of the cul-de-sac!
Interaction with Guests:
Self check-in is available via smart lock so we will not be present upon your arrival, but we are only a few minutes away if you need anything!

This place was great for our large group of 10 adults and 6 children. The kitchen was very spacious and there was plenty of places to sit for meals. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room while the adults hung out in the main dining room playing board games. Lots of bedrooms and beds for this gang. Would highly recommend and would like to stay bere again. playing board

Our extended family of 17 stayed last week! Amazing house!! Fully stocked with everything imaginable! Tons of pool towels, seasonings, pans, dishes, and 2 refrigerators!!! We only had a couple of minor hiccups and the property manager was AMAZING and prompt!! She even brought us ice when the machine stopped working! This was a VRBO like we have never had! I will send people here for sure!!!

We were excited about this rental described as a “family” home and pictures showed a beautiful play area/toys for the kids. The house had positives, its spacious and clean layout and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We were grateful for the gesture of the property manager, who came to put away groceries that we had delivered. However, our experience was disappointing due to a few drawbacks. The yard was in a state of disrepair, lacking grass and maintenance. The pool area had deflated balls and broken, mildewed pool toys. The living room couch was worn-out with protruding springs. The bath towels provided were surprisingly small. The play area was not as depicted in the listing and turned out to be neglected with no mats or toys. We looked forward to this play area since we had 4 toddlers. The pictures posted were not accurate. The promised pool cleanings on Tue/Fri were delayed until the end of our stay, they did provide $500 compensation, but we still found this unacceptable. Additionally, the lack of a landscaping crew was evident, with dog waste on the lawn. One of the attractive features, an arcade, turned out to be non-functional. Despite reaching out to the property manager, we received vague directions and it was only after a few days that they came over to address the issue. While the house had its positive elements, the overall experience was dampened by these issues, and we hope hope this feedback helps in improving the stay for future guests.
