About this house rental
Beautiful Cedar Hedge Lake Front home! Spacious cathedral ceiling great room offers a beautiful stone surround gas fireplace and huge windows for nature and lake viewing. Featuring a main floor primary suite and convenient first floor laundry. Enjoy evenings relaxing on the new patio with steps down to the lake. There's lots of room to play featuring a lakefront pool table room, ping-pong table, Hot Springs Grande Hot Tub, fire pit, private dock, swim mat, paddle boards, and a flat-bottom boat.
The smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. Please text or call me anytime during your stay. We strive for 5-star service!
You have the whole house to yourself and access to our private dock and waterfront. There is a great boat launch on Cedar Hedge Lake so bring your boat!
This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parents and couples. Cedar Hedge lake is your perfect spot to relax, boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, swim, tube, ski and more! Enjoy rejuvenating in the Hot Springs Grande hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the deck with gorgeous lake and forest views, and making memories around the campfire, pool table, and ping pong table. Recently added a water treatment system and Reverse Osmosis... no need to bring/buy bottled water!
In this house, we have our favorite couch, our favorite mattresses, our favorite pool table with high-end cloth, and our favorite ping-pong table. We enjoy them and think you will too!
We have Reverse Osmosis water...no need to buy/bring bottled water - you will have the highest quality filtered water right at the kitchen sink!
The entry level has the master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio.
We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!
We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.
The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink.
We have 1 infant life jacket (under 30 lbs.), 2 childrens (30-50 lbs.), 4 youth (50-90 lbs.), and 10 adult (over 90 lbs.) life jackets available for you to use.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, they will get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
The wood stove is not for guest use. You are welcome to use the gas fireplace.

Lake Therapy exceeded our expectations! The home was incredibly well-stocked and we never found ourselves needing anything that wasn’t already thoughtfully provided. We had a fantastic time enjoying the dock, paddle boards, and kayaks. The wooden deck and beach area were a delightful surprise and perfect for relaxing by the water.We made great use of the hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table. The beds were super comfortable, and the individual AC splits in the rooms kept everything cool and comfortable. The basement bedroom, which doesn’t have a split, was a little warmer. Kelsey was a wonderful host who was attentive, responsive, and checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into preparing the home for guests.This property made an ideal home base for our Northern Michigan adventure, and we highly recommend it!

Two families with 16-19 year old kids (young adults?). Communications with the host was the best I’ve experienced and we’ve been renting vacation homes for years! The house was very clean and well equipped. Exactly and maybe better than the pictures. Communication and check-ins via text by the host throughout the stay was appreciated. They do all they can to make sure you have everything you need to have a good experience. Would rent from this host again without hesitation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the beds so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need for the week. We loved the game area in the basement and enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Very family friendly for little ones! We enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards and the swans with three baby swans on the lake made it peaceful and relaxing. Kelsey was the perfect host, responding to every question before, during and after our stay. Thanks so much.
