This attractive and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on Cedar Hedge Lake in Interlochen, offers an ideal setting for a tranquil vacation. The home accommodates up to 10 guests and is open year-round.
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a welcoming dining area, excellent for group gatherings. Next, a large living room unveils captivating lake views, complemented by a large-screen TV and a welcoming wood-burning fireplace. The fully supplied kitchen, with a dishwasher, boasts ample cooking space and gives lovely views of the lake. From there guests can access the deck. On the lower level is an inviting family room with a fireplace, a well-stocked bar area, and a ping-pong table.
On the main level, three bedrooms hold a king bed, a queen bed, and another queen bed, respectively, while the lower level has two additional bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed and a lofted double bed.
The patio is set up for outdoor dining, revealing unparalleled views. A spacious yard offers an area for games and relaxing. A fire pit is also available for evening gatherings. A rowboat and kayaks create access to the lake.
Conveniently located near the Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Interlochen Golf Club, this home is also near local attractions and the Cherry Bowl Drive-in theater. In the winter, Crystal Mountain Resort and Iron Fish Distillery are within easy reach.

We absolutely loved staying at the Lake Haven house. The house was very comfortable for our parents, our adult children and ourselves. The layout allowed for many private spaces and loved the view of the lake. The basement was great for us to hang out and play ping pong. The yard area was very nice and we had bonfires every night. We fished off the dock and also brought our boat along. It was very easy to get around the lake and was very peaceful. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking and watching the sunrise was a treat every morning. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and checked in adequately. The starter supplies were very appreciative. We loved the area as we golfed at a couple nice courses and had trails close to ride. There were several nice restaurants in the area along with a pizza place we could bring back to the house. We will definitely be back!!

Great property perfect for a family get away. Enjoyed the lake view, deck and outside activities (kayaks, sand box, fire pit). Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and clean. Management company was informed of minor maintenance issue and was very responsive. Kitchen oven is small with only one oven rack --really substandard for this home. Despite the oven, I would fully recommend this property.

First, the house was great, good decor, well stocked, roomy enough for 10 people. The view across the lake was lovely with loons, ducks and swans although the geese were not welcome visitors to the dock and lawn. Water temperature was just right. A good bit of lake weed on the bottom.Second, we reported on Wednesday that the ladder on the raft was loose, the right side about to detach, too dangerous for adults to use. The person who took our message at Up North said she would pass the message to someone in charge who would handle the situation and call us that day or the next. We never heard again from Up North, and the ladder was not repaired by the time we left on Saturday morning. We missed usage of the raft.
