Welcome to our superb 2 bedroom apartment, extremely well located in the heart of Paris, close to many shops, cafes and restaurants
Discover our accommodation tastefully decorated by professionals, modern, friendly, quiet and fully equipped
You will find everything you need for a successful stay with family or friends. My apartment is ideal for a successful getaway to the capital!
The Space:
55m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, which includes:
- 1 Living room with TV sofa bed, Wifi
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 6 people
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with queen size double bed
- 1 queen size double bedroom with shower room and sink (without toilet)
- 1 shower room with sink and toilet
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
We will provide you with instructions for accessing the apartment the day before your arrival.

This apartment gives easy access to the most essential places in the capital
It is located in the center of Paris in the 10th arrondissement near the Grands Boulevards, and a few steps from rue Montorgueil, a famous pedestrian street known for its many lively cafes and restaurants, halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galerie Lafayette), the main Place de la République and 2 minutes from the famous Le Grand Rex cinema. It is also a 15-minute walk from the marshes, this historic district and the Beaubourg Center. Unmissable and central neighborhood for an ideal stay in Paris.

The apartment was clean and functionak. The a/c was the best of the apartment due the heat weave in Paris. The toaster and several electrical plug did not work. Would it be nice if in the future the owner can leave some kitchen basic as dish soap, bags, sponge, etc.
