With 180 m² and capacity for up to 6 people, the villa is distributed across three levels:



On the upper floor: a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.



On the ground floor: two bedrooms with single beds (one also with an en-suite bathroom), an additional bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.



In the basement: laundry area, an extra bathroom and a second living room with TV, perfect for relaxing or playing.



In the exterior, you will enjoy a private swimming pool, furnished terrace, barbecue, and parking on the street right in front of the property.



About Alcúdia, Port of Alcúdia and Bonaire

Alcúdia is one of the most emblematic destinations in northern Mallorca. Its walled historic centre, with cobblestone streets, stone houses and a vibrant local life, offers a perfect combination of history, culture and Mallorcan tradition. Every week a lively traditional market is held with local products, crafts and gastronomy.



Just a few minutes from the old town, you'll find the Port of Alcúdia, a modern and dynamic area with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and water activities. Its long white sandy beach and shallow waters make it an ideal place for families and sea lovers.



In a quieter and more exclusive area is located Bonaire, a small paradise surrounded by nature. This residential development stands out for its relaxed atmosphere, sea views and proximity to the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere, two coves with crystal-clear waters that are not very crowded. It also houses the picturesque Puerto Cocodrilo, a small marina ideal for walking or enjoying a meal by the sea.

A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
