The casa is well appointed and spacious, since the family lives there in winter. The pool is private, 1.8m deep at deepest, and salt, not chlorine. Cooking facilities are good with induction hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cupboards with herbs etc, great BBQ. Sizeable fridge and freezer. Washing machine and dryer and washing line. Air conditioning in every room is independently controlled, though we only used them a bit. Location excellent, in a posh part the island. Generally it's quiet, but people working on boats is audible. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the harbour, a fun rock beach, a little supermarket, three restaurants. It's a 15 minute walk to a great beach with soft sand. Alcudia is 10 minutes by car and Polencia about 20 minutes, giving every option you'd want on the water. Suggest to park in main parkings and just pay the money because they are 2-3E per hour but so convenient.

Pillows were all foam and lumpy.

The Villa is located close to beaches and 25 min walk to Alcudia, which has a beautiful walled old town. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, had nice bbq, comfortable beds. Overall a lovely property and good location to use as a base to explore the area.

The main bathroom has a bath but no shower curtain; not major but would be nice to have shower curtain. The pool gets very deep from the midway point.

The house is very nice and perfectly located. Walking distance from restaurants, beaches and trail tracks. We received a warm welcome and we really had a wonderful time. From the swimming pool to the barbecue trough the rest of the equipments, everything was perfect !

Not that much to do on walkable distance
