This Pool is NOT heated, however the spa is heated with a control panel and there is no charge to heat the spa. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

The house was nice, clean, spacious, and as advertised. The pool was clean and the yard was nice. The location was quiet and accessible to both sides of the island.

Great layout for kids to have their own area. Beautiful ocean views from front and side windows. Very Comfortable beds. Elevator was helpful and handicapped parking available near beach. Would book this unit again.
