Welcome to The Pointe of it All! This newly constructed modern coastal home was just built in 2023. Enjoy stunning ocean views, sea breezes, and sunsets from two vast covered decks overlooking the ocean and private saltwater pool. Situated on the far East End of Ocean Isle Beach, NC this home boasts modern coastal elegance, offering luxury and convenience from the moment you arrive. Just steps away from three different beach access points to the largest and most private beaches on the island, The Pointe of It All is truly a peaceful and breathtaking home!
This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath luxury rental comfortably sleeps 14 with a reverse open floor plan offering breathtaking intracoastal and ocean views from all standpoints. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious covered decks viewing the ocean, or intracoastal views from all bedrooms. Also featured: chef's kitchen, two living rooms, private saltwater pool, outdoor shower, tiki bar, elevator, high-end furnishings and finishes and so much more.
We provide Sunday-to-Sunday rentals during peak season to help our renters avoid the busy traffic entering and leaving the island on Saturdays. Shorter 3-5 day rentals with flexible dating will be available off-season. Owners are accessible to assist renters from start to finish to ensure an excellent experience.
The space:
The ground level is the gateway to your vacation. Covered parking for up to 3 vehicles and off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles provides plenty of parking for you and your family. Spacious and inviting, the entryway to the house offers access to the elevator to make unpacking as painless as possible as well as a convenient space to store your sandy beach accessories.
Also on the ground level, the outdoor living space provides an escape from the beach and the sun with a tiki bar, heated salt-water pool, lounge chairs, and seating area. After a swim at the pool or the beach, enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower also located in the pool area. A gas grill is also on the ground level for poolside dining.
As you enter, first level opens to a den/bonus room with comfortable seating, a 55" smart TV, video games, and a perfect hang out spot for kids, not to mention amazing views of the ocean and access to a covered deck overlooking the ocean and pool. In addition to the bonus room, three bedrooms--each with private bathrooms--provide our guests with privacy and comfort. The primary master bedroom (king bed) has ocean views through the triple-sliding door and direct ocean view deck access. Two full beds adorn the second bedroom and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds. A laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer is also provided for your use and located on the first level.
The kitchen features quartz counter tops, and a large center island with bar stool seating for 5. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook meals at the house. For safety, we use an induction stove, so if you have questions about what pots/pans we supply, please contact us directly. The dining room's large picture windows allow you to take in ocean views while dining. The living room off the kitchen provides comfortable seating whether your enjoying games, puzzles or TV while soaking in the breathtaking ocean views. A large deck off the main living area offers an area to sip your morning coffee, enjoy an outdoor dining experience, OIB's amazing sunsets, or listen to the sound of the crashing waves. The deck includes a dining table for six and Adirondack chairs and accent tables for additional seating.
Two more bedrooms on the top level--also with private baths--include a second master bedroom with amazing views of both the ocean AND the Intracoastal waterway as well as a fifth bedroom (queen bed) also with Intracoastal views.

The property in Ocean Isle Beach is spectacular! The amenities were plentiful and the home was beautifully decorated and offered lots of extras. Do not hesitate to consider renting this home. We all had a delightful stay and would definitely return.

We enjoyed a wonderful week staying at The Point of It All. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well kept up. The location is great with only a short walk to the closest beach access and the beach on that end is much less crowded than the areas where we've previously stayed. Having the pool and the elevator are nice extras and the fact that bedding and towels are provided made packing much easier. The kitchen is well equipped and having an extra fridge in the pool area was helpful for overflow drinks, etc. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to work with. Would love to stay here again and recommend it highly.

Really beautiful and nicely made home. Smartly designed for large groups to have fun. Great furniture, views, etc. just an all around excellent place to go to the breach! We’ll be back for sure.

House was set up great! Scenery of the beach was awesome on the top floor! Nice to have chairs for the beach, towels for swimming.
