The Grand View 5bedrooms 5 Ba, Elevator, Heated Pool

The location and the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, cookware and dishes. Pool was nice and just across the street and down a house was the beach access. There were three functional bikes, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart.

The house was great. I think our trouble was with the management company. One thin bath towel per person was allotted. One kitchen towel and no beach towels. For a luxury house with 5 bedrooms and a luxury price, the towels were very lacking. My son said that the sheets on the kids’ bunk beds were super cheap and thin. Some of the bunk beds didn’t even have sheets. I had called and asked how many beach chairs were at the house and if there were beach towels. The reply I got was that there were beach chairs but with an unknown number. That was not helpful when one has 7 adults in their party. There was no shampoo, body soap, and just one small kitchen sponge too. During our stay three different workman came in on three different occasions while two moms and their babies were sleeping. We had not received any notifications. When I inquired about it with the management company, they said they would check into it and asked if the workman identified themselves. The company did not have any scheduled visits during our stay. The grill was in bad shape and it needs new internal parts.
