Location can’t be beat! Eastown is the cutest, most walkable neighborhood! We loved being close to coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful homes. Easy access to Beltline and I-96, shops near the mall and downtown Grand Rapids. Onsite parking, wonderful downstairs neighbors and friendly neighbors up and down the block. Christian was responsive and flexible, took care of things quickly and was communicative by phone text and through VRBO. Great value for the area. The apartment is in an old restored home, lots of charm and some quirks but well appointed and very comfortable! Beds were cozy, great cross breeze when the weather cooled, quiet and private.

My extended stay at this Vrbo was wonderful. It is a perfect location within walking distance to many Easttown restaurants and shops. It was also nice to be able to take my dog for walks around the neighborhood. Christian is a wonderful host; he was very responsive whenever I reached out during my stay. Highly recommend this space for its coziness, the location, and a great host!
