This house, built in 1890, has been completely renovated and restored, complete with all-new electric and plumbing systems. All floors are hardwood and downstairs has all original woodwork. The furnishings are from the period of the house, with many having been made here in Grand Rapids. A spacious attic is also available for use. Centrally located, a city bus stop is next door. One off street parking space and unlimited free street parking. City ordinance requires a 30-day minimum stay.
The basement of this house is a laundry room shared with long term tenants of the house next door. They are restricted to the hours of 9am till 9pm. There is a locked interior door for the security of vrbo guests. Please check the floor plan in the picture collection.
