Second time staying here, and when traveling to Grand Rapids this will be my first pick every time.

Check in process needs some refinement. I had to reach out to see how we accessed the property tye day of our arrival. I was advised they had to give us a key, I notified them we were 30 mins away and still had to wait another 30 minutes after we arrived. It’s an apartment complex which had a large community trash bin it was so full the trash was everywhere.The apartment it’s self was nice and the building was quiet.

The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen. There weren't a lot of trinkets taking up counter space (I really hate that.) All of the furniture was comfortable, living room, dining chairs and beds. Other than someone's car alarm going off several times during the night, the complex was quiet.
