About this apartment rental
Our Alpina apartment building is located right in the center of Flattach. Three vacation apartments spread over three floors can accommodate a total of 22 guests.
The modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartments feature a balcony or a terrace. Free parking is available for our guests. The garden side of the building faces south and features a cozy lawn for sunbathing with a barbecue area.
Various restaurants, bars, and the Mölltaler Gletscher shopping center—which includes a supermarket, bank, tobacco shop, and sports store—are located in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, many recreational facilities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, high ropes course, water sports on the Möll River, bike path, etc.) are very easy to reach. The house is somewhat tucked away next to the Kleindorf public bus stop (about 50 meters to the ski/hiking bus stop) on the B106 main road and offers a beautiful view of the Mölltal mountains. The Mölltal Glacier Cable Cars are about 8 km away.

Apartment No. 3:
Vacation Apartment No. 3 – 2 to 4 people (max. 5 people)
Vacation apartment (50 m²) with 2 separate bedrooms (2 double beds) as well as a bathroom with a shower (hair dryer provided) and a separate toilet. Accommodation for a 5th person is available in one of the bedrooms on a sleeper sofa. Separate, fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer) with a cozy sitting area and large dining table. Ground-level terrace with a covered, furnished seating area. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Free Wi-Fi available. The vacation rental is located on the lower level with its own entrance.
On-site costs: Parking is available free of charge. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation up to 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If you cancel your reservation 28 to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the room rate will be charged; if you cancel your reservation 13 to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the room rate will be charged, and if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before arrival, 80% of the room rate will be charged.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 10:58 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
