ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A $30 non-refundable service fee is required by the cart provider to activate the golf cart. A waiver must also be signed before use. Fee is collected directly by the golf cart company and is not refundable
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

Is your bucket list any of the following: House large enough for the whole gang? Private bath for everyone? Private Pool? Close to beach and fabulous restaurants? Sound proof house? Accommodating managers? Golf cart? If, so then Aquadisiac is for you! We stayed during an extreme heat wave and the entire house was cool (cold to some) the entire time. Loved the private areas on each floor. Definitely enough room for up to 16. The house and location was effortless. Highly recommended for your stay.
