ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A $30 non-refundable service fee is required by the cart provider to activate the golf cart. A waiver must also be signed before use. Fee is collected directly by the golf cart company and is not refundable
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

From the initial booking throughout our stay the helpfulness and responsiveness made for an awesome experience! The home was very beautiful and perfect for our family. It provided everything we needed but the customer service made them stand above other places we've stayed at. Great location!

We gathered our children and grandchildren for a family vacation. It was so fun! The house was great! We used the golf cart to transport chairs and people to the beach, while it was also close enough to walk. The beach was amazing! The home was clean and the pool was fun to play in after a day at the beach. (We were concerned about toddler and kid safety, but the door to the pool has an alarm.) We brought a game system and easily connected it in the upstairs "family room". Kitchen table was big enough for meals and card games! Everyone was happy! Management was great to work with any issues, or questions we had. Great place to stay!

The only thing I would improve would be the curtains, since when the light came up it would wake my son up and it was hard to go back to sleep with so much light.
