This lake home was great for our extended family trip over Labor Day weekend. We for sure appreciated the child/baby proof options that are provided, especially the gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. We had a 6 year old, 3 year old, and 9 month old with us and it makes life so much simpler to find rentals that have these things available for use. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked when it came to cooking utensils and small appliances. The dock worked well for kids to fish and tying up our boat. The launch for the boat was on the other side of the lake, but didn’t feel far at all to use. We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was clean and so well furnished. We loved all the space to be able to spend time together specifically the big table for family dinners, all the family rooms for game nights and movie nights, and the deck and fire pit for relaxing and s’mores. The house had absolutely everything you could ask for from a kitchen perspective. We were able to cook many meals together. The toys were great for the kids (they LOVED the American Girl doll). We spent as much time on the lake as possible and had enough hot water to shower many people and run a load of towels for the next day. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us - we will be back next year!

Check in was great and easy. Was even given early check-in. The property needs maintenance. My husband had to mow the lawn the first day we were there so we could use the lawn and not get eaten by mosquitoes. Both docks were very unsafe to walk on. Large gaps and not very solid, unsafe for kids. At the top of stairs in the house there is a huge gap and a loose transition board. Not very safe. There was little to no gas in the gas grill. We had to bring our own tank. The windows are dirty and need cleaning. Hard to see out of. Half of them had no knobs to even lock.There are no pan fish in the lake. My 5 year old grandson did not even catch one fish. We did enjoy our stay despite these issues. A little maintenance to the place would make this a nicer place to stay.
