Please check in with the concierge front desk. Then access is provided with key fob and combo door code. Please make sure the number of guests checking in is on the reservation. Our HOA requires everyone to be accounted for in case of an emergency.
The Neighborhood:
Right near Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott, America's Mart, Peachtree Center, World Congress, Mercedes Benz & Georgia Tech Stadiums-(Falcons, Hawks, Tech, GSU, Final Four, etc.), Georgia Capitol & World of Coca-cola. There is no more-central or better location!
Getting Around:
Peachtree Center Marta is 3 blocks away, its 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber from anything Downtown or Midtown. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
Interaction with Guests:
This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone. Our cleaning and maintenance team is available If something should come up.

We stayed here during a convention because the Con hotel sold out quickly. This rental was not only conveniently located (across the street from the Con's hotel, The Courtland Grand), but it was actually closer than the official overflow hotel. The building is well-lit, well-maintained, and the front guard staff are friendly & welcoming. In addition, our Hosts were super helpful, answering my multiple questions both before & during our stay. The unit itself was comfortable & also well-maintained, and it was nice to have access to a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every meal during our stay. We'd definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for an easy & comfortable stay in downtown Atlanta.

The host seemed welcoming until we wanted to stay for a late checkout. I used Zelle to send the funds and the host kept saying they didn't receive it eventhough I kept sending confirmation that it was sent.
