It was perfect for my visit very close to Emory hospital so I could feel secure getting away from the hospital environment and still essentially right t.

The home this room is located in is in a part of Atlanta that seems to be being rebuilt. It is a new house in an area with a mixture of old and newer homes as well as some vacant lots. The house is clean and well-maintained. When we had difficulty with use of the combination on the front door, the owner came over immediately and helped us. The common areas on the first floor are beautiful. There is room for on-street parking. I attached photos of the front of the property and out the window of our room onto the back yard.
The room we had (#6) is quite small and the bathroom is cramped. There really was nowhere to put luggage. The microwave and refrigerator are in the closet. I did not find any shampoo or hairdryer. There is a small amount of off-street parking but it's limited. We parked in the driveway and the other couple staying the night parked on the front yard of the home. One thing the owners could do to make the property more appealing is to wash the outside of the windows. This property would not be accessible for people with significant mobility challenges as there are stairs to get into the home.

The house was clean and really close to the stadium.
The house was not in the best of areas but that's why it's so close to the stadium so it was understandable. Parking options could be better. Maybe gravel up the small front yard to allow for some parking so one wouldn't have to park on the street.

I love the location and it’s super easy to walk anywhere down town Atlanta.
There are a few things that I wish were better, like the showers. I have stayed here twice and the shower temperature is not hot at all. I had it turned all the way on hot and it barely got warm after taking a 15 minute shower.
Parking is also kind of a hassle if there is more than one person staying at the location because you either end up blocking Someone in or parking in the sidewalk.
