Really enjoyed myself in this home.

Expecting any communicto come from VRBO, i wasnt checking my emails for a confirmation from EVOLVE so be aware of that. Once i was able to resolve that situation everything else went smoothly.
The property itself was lacking curb appeal outside and needs landscape maintenance as far as leaf blowing, garbage cans outside and just general appearance. The interior overall was nice and served its purpose for a comfortable stay.

The home was just how it was shown. Very clean and easy to find. They area was very quiet and nice! The host was kind and very quick to respond. Definitely a place worth staying and visiting again!!

When we first arrived the neighborhood was very quiet and the inside of the house was nice and clean as expected, when i went to look in the master room i attempted to shut the door when the doorknob came off with it. Also, the shower in the master was not cleaned as it should’ve been. Secondly, i went to sit in the living room and one of the leg chairs bent in almost causing me to fall. Thirdly, there were things left in the house i’m not sure if it was from previous guests but we could’ve went without it. Lastly, i noticed a big cockroach laying in the master bedroom and another one in the hallway near the master! Shocked me.. gladly it was our last night cause i definitely didn’t wanna stay after that but overall it was okay for a weekend getaway just needs more tidiness and cleaned properly
