Newly remodeled Lakefront Cottage on Lake George's East side off of Pilot Knob with dock space for up to 25 foot boat included. 3 bedroom 1 bath with walk in shower. Queen size sofa bed in living room to handle overflow sleeping arrangements. Updated kitchen with all the amenities necessary to enjoy your home cooked meals in our dining room or on our stilted 12x24ft screened in porch overlooking the bay.
Tucked in a small lake front community with miles of wooded walking with scenic views of the lake and beautiful architecture to take in. The stilted porch has a full dining table and outdoor furniture to allow you to enjoy dinner, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail. Bring your fishing poles and pull fish out of the water, enjoy a swim, or just soak up the sun that rises right over the bay.
Take a paddle in our protected 5 mile/hour private bay during your stay, we offer access to a 1 canoe and 4 kayaks at no charge so you can further enjoy beautiful Lake George. You can easily paddle to wetlands at the bottom of the bay and see wildlife such as Blue Herrings, turtles, and fish.
Finish the day with a lake side fire in our oversized SOLO low smoke fire pit with seating for the whole family!
Only 2 miles from Buck Mtn and Sleeping Beauty Trail heads for hiking, perfect dock for swimming and fishing with little to no boat traffic as the home lies within a protected 5 mile an hour bay.
The property is located approximately 15 minute drive to Lake George Village or the Famous Lake George Outlet Shopping center which has immediate access to many great restaurants. It is situated directly across from Long Island which is a state camping island and is mid-way between the Village of Bolton Landing & Village of Lake George The Prospect Mountain trailhead is about a 20 minute drive. There is the Town of Fort Ann beach located about 5 minutes as well.
The world-renowned Saratoga Horse Racing Track is approximately 45 minutes away. Some historical points of Lake George can be witnessed at nearby Fort William Henry or Fort Ticonderoga. If you are looking for rustic but modern, and a relaxing week at the lake, we would love to have you come and continue to make memories with your friends & family!
