Spacious, freshly renovated home comfortable for the whole family, with direct access to a beautiful private neighborhood beach on Lake George, is just steps away... entertainment for young and old! Secluded in the peaceful woods of Sandy Lane Estates, Bear Hollow home welcomes families and friends to enjoy the wonder, beauty and fun of the Adirondacks.
Easy drive to Bolton Landing, Lake George Village, Gore and West Mountain Ski resorts, The Sagamore Golf Course, numerous hiking and walking trails, Great Escape amusement park, mini golf, vibrant restaurant scene in Glens Falls, shopping outlets, and more. Great location for leaf peeping, fall and winter festivals, and all summer recreation.
The sandy beach is great for swimming (including shallow access for children and a fun swim platform), kayaking, paddle boarding and easy relaxation and picnicking by the lake. While the home offers total comfort with no detail forgotten, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 smart TVs, a recreation room with many gaming options, including ping pong, foosball, a bocce ball court, and board games. Guests are pampered with 2 floors of open living space, 4BR (including 2 King rooms with en-suites) - 4 full bathrooms total, and a deck off of the master bedroom. You can also relax by the fireplace on cool evenings, lounge in our screened-in porch, or laze on our wrap-around deck with outdoor dining set, BBQ & fire pit with Adirondack chairs in backyard.
Kids & adults can enjoy games indoors & out while reconnecting. In addition to home amenities, guests have full access to the lake and use of the 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, canoe, water floaties, swimming noodles and beach chairs.

Property was perfect for a family vacation. The home was larger that expected, clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor deck was utilized everyday with its gas firepit. Make sure you oack bug spray, the home is in the woods.The beach area is clean and has many picnic tables to bring snacks and drinks. Would highly recommend this home, look forward to coming back.

The space in this house is great for up to 8 adults sharing a holiday. Bedrooms are immaculate and bathrooms well appointed. Lots of towels. We used both the game/tv room and the upstairs living area. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and easy to clean up. Due to weather, we really never used the outside areas but as long as you have bug spray, you will probably enjoy it.
