About this house rental
Beautifully refinished historic home in downtown Bolton Landing with easy access to Lake George and with two separate spaces to spread out. The house is located adjacent to Rogers Memorial Park and beach with tennis courts, picnic tables, pavilion, public docks and playground. Walk to restaurants, boat rentals, shopping, Bolton Brewery and the Sagamore Resort. Perfect fall and winter escape - close to Lake George Village and 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the family suite. Plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy your Adirondack vacation.
This house is full of character and charm and a perfect location next to Lake George and in the middle of all of the fun and charm of Bolton Landing. The house was divided years ago to create an in-law suite which is now a bonus family suite for you to spread out in - the whole house is for you to use during your stay!
Living Area
The living room has a big stone fire place, a large smart TV, bluetooth speakers fast Wifi and comfy leather furniture. Dining area is open to the living room and opens to a sunny deck with a picnic table and more furniture for lounging. A fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee bar, dishwasher, retro microwave, and a door that takes you out to the back yard fire pit with gas grill. Full bathroom with shower on the main floor. Attached garage has a foosball table, stack of wood and is a great place to store your winter gear or summer toys.

We rented both the house and adjacent apartment for our group of nine, ages 2-92 years! Loved this quirky house with it’s many doors and hide-aways; beautiful tongue and groove; meticulously clean; well stocked kitchen; beautifully landscaped with 2 seating areas outside. Easy walk downtown and to water.
