The heart of the home is a large kitchen, equipped with everything you need, and features a generously sized kitchen table that comfortably seats 12, along with 4 bar stools at the adjacent bar. Off the kitchen, you'll find 2 cozy sitting areas/den, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach. Step outside to the screened porch, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze. The main floor also includes a convenient half bath and a washer and dryer for your convenience. For accommodations, the main floor has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms are provided. A special kid's hangout area invites young guests to enjoy watching TV or playing games, making this home ideal for families. This property is perfect for gathering with loved ones and enjoying everything this area has to offer!

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees. While the home was lovely, there were a lot of basic maintenance issues like door knobs falling off on exterior doors and interior , broken chair in dining room, the stove definitely needs to be maintenanced ASAP- at one point when we used the oven, a top right back burner became exceedingly hot????
